RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for the following reasons:
– The item is defective.
– The item is not the correct one.
– The wrong size of ring, bracelet or necklace has been chosen.
Important Note: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not subject to be exchanged nor returned. This policy also applies to personalized products.
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR A RETURN?
Send us an email to email@example.com or use our contact form with the order number and your intention of exchanging or returning an item.
Once your exchange application is approved by our Customer Service team, you must send the item in the original packaging through a certified mail from the National postal service of your country of residence. Once we receive the package back, we will make you a voucher of the product amount. This voucher will be valid for 30 days.
OTHELIA does not accept returns. If you have received an item that you want to return, you must follow the exchanges procedure (previous section). You will receive a voucher of the product amount, valid for 30 days, upon receival.
WHICH IS THE TIME WINDOW FOR AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
The time window to demand an exchange or return is 15 calendar days from the order’s delivery date.
WHAT’S THE PRICE OF AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
The associated expenses to exchanges are always the buyer responsibility. The returning shipping cost will vary depending on each buyer geolocation and the shipping fee offered by the postal service to send a certified mail to Athens Grecce.
